Not able to access PRPC 6.3 SP1 with IE 9 64-bit

Attempt to access 
PegaRULES Process Commander 6.3 SP1 with IE9 64-bit.

Root Cause

This is a known issue with IE 9 64-bit. This is documented in the platform support guide:

In PegaRULES Process Commander 6.3 SP1 Internet Explorer 8, 9, 10, and 11 64-bit and Office 2010 64-bit are not supported.


The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. This is a known issue caused by using IE 9 64 bits.

IE9 32-bit does operate correctly.
