Summary

Coaching Tips are not displayed in the Interaction though the coaching tip even though coaching tip associations are present. (Specific to Pega Customer Service for Healthcare)

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a coaching tip
2.Create a coahing tip association
3.Launch the work item and we observe Coaching tip is not visible.

 

Root Cause

Developer already had HFix-24591 however as they are in also having Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, so the PerformDefaults in CPMHC layer do not call the activity CPMPerformDefaults. So the changes of HFix-24591 is not getting called.

Resolution

Saved as the PerfromDefaults activity in custom ruleset and added a step to call CPMDisplayCoachingTip activity.
