Summary

User has a Report Definition where user added a control for a column, but user is not able to pass the parameter for the control.

​The magnifying glass icon is not getting displayed for the Not-autogenerated controls and able to pass the parameters for auto generated controls.

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Create a Report Definition. 
2.Click on the gear icon to change the control for the column. 
3.Select any auto-generated control the icon will be displayed to pass parameters. 
4.Select any not-auto-generated control icon gets disappeared.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. Non-auto generated controls cannot be opened from non Internet Explorer browsers.

Resolution

Non-auto generated controls cannot be opened from Chrome browser.
​These controls can be opened only from Internet Explorer browser.
