Not able to close the launched interaction tabs



Unable to close the interaction tabs in Customer Service (CS) 7 interaction portal.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch CPM interaction portal.
2. Create three interactions.
3. Close the first or second interaction tabs.

Root Cause

Usage of CPMPerform harness in the interaction portal of CS 7 is not recommended. CPMPerform harness is designed for CPM CSR portals in prior versions which creates framesets. 

CPMPerform harness contains the CPMPerformFrameSource included (Harness - Advanced tab). Hence the dynamic container is failing to call DoClose.



For CS 7 interaction portal, use Perform harness.

Refer harness provided under PegaCA-Work class.

​Removing the frame source in CPMPerform harness will resolve the issue for now, however the recommended approach is to use Perform harness in CS 7 for interaction portals.
