Not able to create relationship between Contacts

Summary
In Pega Sales Automation(SFA), when adding a Contact-To-Contact (P2P) Relationship for a Contact, the error “Relationship already exists for this contact.” is thrown.
Error Messages
"Relationship already exists for this contact."
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to SFA for Sales Ops portal.
- Open a Contact and go to Relationship's tab.
- Click on ‘+ Add Contact’.
- Select an existing contact and click ‘OK.’
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-32327.
