Not able to enter specifications on intergrator shapes

Summary
In 7.1.6 there is no way to enter specifications on the integrator shapes as you could in 7.1.5.

Removing the Specification note area was intentional. We are trying to more clearly demark the line between specification data and flow shape data and so removed some of the specification boxed in flow actions. Specifications are still recorded in the other places they have always been.
