Right click events on data-transform is not working after installing the HFix-9533 and its dependent hotfixes.

Root Cause
In pega_ui_menubar js _handleItemClick: function nullifying the menu which causing the events to vanish.
this.nullify();
Resolution
HFix-9903 was created and sent to user along with its dependent hotfixes.
