Not able to publish logic from Decision Planner and SD

Summary
Users are getiing java heap size error while publishing nba.smml from Decision planner (DP) and Strategy Director(SD)
Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce
Publish nba.smml from DP and SO.
Root Cause
Insufficient memory allocated for DP and SD.
Resolution
Recommended value for internal memory is 1GB for DP and 2GB for SD. At least 1GB of disk space should be available in the system while publishing through DP or SD.
