Not able to "Save As" a report

Summary
When trying to "Save As" any report getting "Not a Valid property" error.
Error Messages
.pyUI.pyBody.pyUIFields(2).pyFieldName: This is not a valid property, or this is a property that cannot be used here.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Create a report definition in a ruleset version. (ex: 01-02-01)
2) Limit ruleset version to lower version (ex:01-01-01) in the application rule.
3) Run the report.
4) From Actions tab click on "Save As".
5) Select public category and submit.
Root Cause
Application is limited to lower version of application ruleset and report definition is there in the higher version.
Resolution
Include ruleset version of report definition in application rule.
