Not able to save rules from Locked RSV to Unlocked RSV



A custom access group's user is not able to save rules from a locked Ruleset version to an unlocked version.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create an access group with a customized access role.
  2. In the access role's Role tab apply a customized access when rule in the Write rule column.
  3. Configure the access when rule such that it evaluates to false at run time.
  4. Try to save as a rule with an operator with this access role.

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. The access when returning false caused the system to prevent the operator from taking the action.


Modify the access when rule so that it evaluates to true at run time.
