Not able to trace an agent through SMA

Summary



User has tried to trace an agent, it is showing "This page can't be displayed" message. They are unable to trace any agent.

Error Messages



The page cannot be displayed (IE)

Resolution



In order to trace an Agent, you need to do the following:
  1. From the Agent page in the SMA, choose the agent in question and then click "Stop"
  2. Then choose the same agent again and click "Delay"
  3. Then choose the same agent again and click "Start"
  4. Switch to the Requestor Management page
  5. Search for the requestor created for the agent you wish to trace and select it.
  6. Click the "Trace" button.
At the end of that a Tracer Window should pop up and allow you to trace the agent.
