Not able to view styles in Co-Browse session

SA-32807

Summary

Co-Browse agents using Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers are not able to view the screen styles.

Error Messages

Not Applicable

Steps to Reproduce

Accept a Co-Browse session in Chrome or Internet Explorer browsers.

Root Cause

When target website assets (CSS, images) require authentication to be accessed then the co-browsing client cannot access them by directly connecting to the target website.

Resolution

When assets require authentication, set the parameter fireflyAPI.set(‘sendStaticContent’,true).

Pega 7 application assets are authenticated so with any Pega 7 application this setting is required.
