Not all the work pools are showing up in Purge process

Summary



The user is trying to purge data but not all the work pools are showing in the drop down where work pools are selected.

Steps to Reproduce



1. Select Purge/ Archive wizard from Designer Studio -> System -> Operations -> Purge/Archieve.
2. Select the work pool from the drop down


Root Cause



A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment:

Logged in user is missing the assigned work pool on the access group page.



Resolution



Perform the following local-change:

Add or assign the work pools on the access group page to the user. Once they are assigned they will show up in the drop list of the Purge/Archive page.
