Summary
User observes the ≥ symbol is appearing as ? symbol when a PDF is generated from HTML (Correspondence rule).
User is converting through the use of the activity HTMLToPDF.

Steps to Reproduce
- Insert ≥ symbol into correspondence rule
- Generate PDF from correspondence rule using HTMLToPDF.
Root Cause
The font folder for the PDF generation wasn't specified correctly.

Also:
- Mention the Param.pyPDFFontsDirectory = /app/pega/Fonts and make sure to provide chmod 777 to the fonts directory.
- Ensure the presence of times.ttf in the mentioned font folder.
