Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems' code or rules:
The method findPageByHandle keeps an internal array of pzInsKeys associated with clipboard pages. It is possible for the array of pages to become stale and a reference to a non-existent page might be made, resulting in an NPE.
Resolution
Apply HFix-31405.
