NullPointerException on accessing Audit tab after deleting Pulse

Summary
NullPointerException displays on accessing the Audit tab after deleting a Pulse post with attachment. This occurs in the case worker portal.
Error Messages
The Flow Action pre-processing activity pzFetchSubcaseAttachments failed: java.lang.NullPointerException
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a case and draft a Pulse message with and attachment and post
- Delete the Pulse message
- Access or Click the Audit tab
Root Cause
Failure of the Obj-Open-By-Handle method is not handled correctly in the pzGetAttachmentData activity. Though the page is not available, the system attempts to process the page resulting in the exception.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52315.
