NullPointerException error on Section reload

Summary
On selecting a row of a repeating grid, user is observing an error in Pega log file and Tracer.
Due to this error there is no effect in implementing the user scenario, but error is consistently observed in Pega log file.

Error in Pega log file:

java.lang.NullPointerException
Error in Tracer:
Attempting to access a rule with a bad defined-on class: <blank>.
Steps to Reproduce
- Click on radio button of repeat grid. It launches a flow action and a new section under the repeat grid row.
- Trace the issue before clicking on repeat grid.
Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules. After observing the error in Pega log file, Pega checked the section ABC and observed that the same repeating grid is used twice in the section which is causing the issue.
Resolution
Delete the extra repeating grid in the section ABC to resolve the issue.
