NullPointerException when running UpgradeMarketing activity

Summary
Running the UpgradeMarketing activity fails with a NullPointerException. This occurs after upgrading to Pega Marketing 7.31.

Steps to Reproduce
- Upgrade Pega Marketing from 7.22 to 7.31.
- Run the UpgradePegaMarketing activity.
Root Cause
The out-of-the-box ProspectTemplate segment failed to upgrade using the UpgradePegaMarketing activity as it did not have an associated class created. Additionally, there was no database table mapping.
