Summary

In user's production environment, the number of requestors start increasing to reach 199-200, though the number of users are around 30-40 on the JVM.
Many requestors contain the last input as "New requestor created".

1. Run a report 
2. Check the requestors count in SMA (System Management Application)

Root Cause

An issue in the custom application code or rules. Pega application is calling an external stored procedure which is taking about 20mins on average. Meanwhile, there is a monitoring tool configured for Pega application to check application health status. Each health check is a new request to Pega; when application is performing slow, these health checks build up, resulting in increased requestor count.

Resolution

External stored procedure that caused the slow performance needs to be fixed.
