Occurrence of alerts related to D_ListSocialProjects data page

Summary



Post update to Pega 7.4 from Pega 7.2 with Pega Healthcare, multiple alerts related to the D_ListSocialProjects data page generate though the Social Site interaction feature is not used.


Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Pega 7.2 with Pega Healthcare
  2. Update Pega 7.2 to Pega 7.4
  3. Verify the alert logs related to the D_ListSocialProjects data page


Root Cause



Process Threaded documents agent from the CPMHC-Social ruleset was enabled on Pega 7.4 by default.

Resolution



Perform the following local-change to disable the Social Site Interaction feature:
  1. Stop the running agents related to the Social ruleset by navigating to System > Operations > Agent Management landing page
  2. Save the agents specific to the Social ruleset on the application ruleset 
  3. Uncheck the 'Enable this agent' checkbox
