The Offername property contains the value of the Strategy name instead of the Offername while performing the Obj-Browse in the PegaMKT-Work-Program class.

Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:OfferName property is internal to Pega Marketing and used for Outbound Campaign processing.
In a Multi-Channel Campaign, there is no one-to-one relationship between a Multi-Channel Campaign and an Offer. The Strategy used by the Campaign returns different offers. The ProgramConfiguration.OfferName property cannot be used for a Multi-Channel Campaign.
