OnChange event triggered on Date field when no changes made

Summary
An onChange event is configured for a Date control field. On clicking the Date picker and selecting the same date twice, triggers the onChange event though no changes are made to the value.

- Create a section with the Date control field and configure with an onChange event.
- Select the same date twice.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
Resolution
Apply HFix-49260.
