OOTB search is not working in some nodes



Work item search is not showing few work items or some time shows stale data of work item on search indexed node.

Error Messages

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create case
  2. Search in Node 1. Not able to search with older status.
  3. Search in Node2. Able to search and see current stage of the case.

Root Cause

One of the Node from the cluster was not able to join the cluster hence it was not able to find any work item created in other node.


Delete the entry of faulty node from pr_sys_statusnodes from the table and restart JVM resolves the issue.
