OpenAuthoring UAC prompt displays when clicking email attachment

Summary
When opening email attachments, a Windows User Account Control (UAC) prompt displays to install the OpenAuthoring control.

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to attachments.
- Click any email attachment.
Root Cause
OpenAuthoring ActiveX control supports certain features such as Edit Corr in Word.
Resolution
Install the current OpenAuthoring control on client machines with support from IT.
Alternatively, disable or remove the ActiveX reference when these email attachments are only used in a read-only format.
Data-Email-Corr Show HTML is an available rule. Customize this rule and remove or comment out the ActiveX OBJECT reference.
