openNewFormWithKey() function stops working after Pega 7 upgrade

Summary

The openNewFormWithKey() does not work after the application is upgraded from PRPC 5.5 to Pega 7.1.5. A webpage error pops up.

Object doesn't support property or method 'openNewFormWithKey'

1. In a non-autogenetrated section, use href tag to refer openNewFormWithKey function.
2. Click the link.

The reference to PRWBScripts HTML fragment has been missed out in the HTML code that refers openNewFormWithKey function.

This is resolved by a Local-change. Include the below codesnippet into the non-auto generated section.
