Operator is displayed multiple times while bulk processing



While performing bulk processing transfer, the autocomplete displays repetitive operators in the list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Case manager portal.
2. Perform bulk actions and Select Process action.
3. Select the assignments to transfer and click on transfer for "select options". A modal dialog appears giving the list of operators whom you to want to transfer to
5. Observe that the operators are displayed repetitively.

Root Cause

User had a custom report definition which is invoked while listing the operators from the autocomplete.

The report definition filters the result based on the skill that is passed as a parameter in the query.

But since the skill is not provided and calculated properly, it is passed as null which thereby it results the values from the pr_index_operators table as well instead of getting the values only from pr_operators table.

User is suggested to modify the custom report definition as per the requirement to display operator repetitively or only once.
