Operator rule form does not display on updating the parameters on the pop-up. This occurs on the Internet Explorer browser.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the Designer Studio
- Select Operator
- Click Profile. A window with an ID field and a link (name of the operator) displays
- Click the link. The respective operator profile displays
- Make changes to the profile
- Close the portal and reopen
Root Cause
JSON.stringify function runs incorrectly on the Internet Explorer browser and is unable to stringify the embedded object.
Resolution
Apply HFix-51096.
