Operators with en-GB locale experience US Calendar settings

Summary
It has been noticed that users with the locale of en-GB receive the American style of Date (MM/DD/YYYY) when using pxDateTime controls.

Steps to Reproduce
Specify an operator's locale as en-GB
Review the date format shown in a pxDateTime control
Root Cause
Locales specified using the hyphen syntax, for example en-GB, are not used.
Resolution
Use the underscore format for the locale, for example en_GB.
