Opportunity Plan Selection loads all plans

Summary
User opens the Plan Selection screen for Opportunity. All the available plans display. The screen loads slowly with heavy resource usage since a large number of plans are available in the system.
The default application behavior is that when a user opens the screen, user must not have the chance to set additional filters before the plans display. However, Paging is not used for the screen.

Steps to Reproduce
Create opportunity and proceed to the Plan Selection screen on a system with higher volume of plans.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. Loading of all the plans onto the screen causes the performance issue.
Resolution
Apply HFix-53193.
