Outbound DB Templates is not using correct requestor count



The outbound database template Agent code is not correctly using the Topology configuration to retrieve thread count, but instead is always using the default thread count.

This means that
topology always uses the default thread count of two, regardless of whether this is correct.

Steps to Reproduce

Write to an outbound database template.

Root Cause

The outbound database template code in Pega Marketing is not correctly, using the topology configuration to retrieve thread count.


Apply HFix-27318 to address this issue.
