Overlay is changing the WorkObject Context

Summary
pyWorkPage context is changing when user opens the Local action through overlay.
Onclick of the link it is changing the pyWorkPage context of current thread so it is hiding the Link.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in as SfaSalesOps/install.
- Open any Organization.
- Initiate Change Hierarchy from Actions button.
- Select any Organization and Submit.
- Click Show Organization Hierarchy link.
- Check that Organization details are displayed.
- Expand by clicking '+' button.
- Check that the link is now disappeared.
