Override default template not working properly

Summary
The override default template does not override properly.
On one section, user has a repeat grid with a link that opens a pop-up window. This calls a template named "ModalTemplateNoClose".
The same repeat grid is using Master-Detail row editing with expandable rows, which is supposed to override the default template and use the template named "pzGridExpandPaneTemplate".
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Click the link which launches a modal dialog.
- Close the modal dialog box without entering any info (using the cancel button).
- Click the icon to expand the row.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
__fromLocalAction is set for launching local action from control_action JS but it not resetting.
It causes to expand row in local action.
Resolution
Apply HFix-30724.
