Summary

User creates a new case and wants to perform the available flow actions. However the "Overview" tab displaying the links to the flow action is read-only.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Confgure a case and associate the stages to flows.
2. Configure atleast one flow action to the flow associated with the stage.
3. Create a case and try to click on the available flow action. The flow action link is not clickable.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is software use/operation error.

"pyAutomaticallyGeneratedCaseDetails" section is used to customize the "Information" tab . In the reported scenario this section was referring to a deleted section rule. This caused the following "Audit" tab to be pushed out (ideally it must appear next to the "Information" tab ) and "Overview" tab to become read-only.

Resolution

Remove  the reference to the deleted section from the "pyAutomaticallyGeneratedCaseDetails" section rule to address the issue.
