Summary
When filtering instances of work or history items in a Product rule using the listview provided in the Package Work Wizard, the wizard hangs.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Product rule using the Package Work wizard to export cases.
- Open the Product rule file and use the listview to filter instances of work or history. The wizard hangs and performance degrades when creating a .jar file.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
History or work class listview option did not work since it was searching for the pyRuleSet column in the History table while creating a product file from the Product rule.
Resolution
Apply HFix-52149.
