Page is not loaded as expected when browser clicks Back button

Summary
On selection of Back or Forward on right click is not always loading the correct screens and we have used tabs in our harness rule, the tab shifting is happening on using arrow keys on keyboard.
Even though the tabs are getting enabled correctly, the corresponding screens and actions are not loading.

Steps to Reproduce
Configure the screen flow with four or five tabs.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error.
It is not recommended to use Back icon or keyboard shortcut to return to an earlier page. Refer to the below PDN help article:
