Pagination gadget disappears when a page is selected

Summary
On Pega 7.2.1 with Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 7.21, user observed that for a grid with pagination showing the user work basket with 100 or more records, the moment the user clicks on the second page the pagination gadget disappears.

Steps to Reproduce
1. In Sales Automation portal, navigate to the tab showing the user's work basket.
2. With pagination turned on, select any of the pages or "Next".
3. Observe the pagination gadget disappears.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules. The report definition crmWorkBasketItems was corrupted.
Resolution
Apply HFix-34841.
