PAL 'Add Reading with Clipboard Size' adds all zeroes

Summary



When a user selects the 'Add Reading with Clipboard Size' button in the Performance Analyzer (PAL), a new entry is created but it contains all zeros instead of the actual readings.

The issue only occurs with the 'Add Reading with Clipboard Size' button. The 'Add Reading' button works properly.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.ReadOnlyException: The page or property .IntentAction is read-only, and cannot be modified. Calling method: com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPropertyStrMinFeatureImpl.clearValue() Details: (none)


Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to DesignerStudio > System > Performance > PAL.
  2. Create an Interaction.
  3. Click the 'Add Reading with Clipboard Size' button on the PAL landing page.


Root Cause



A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Resolution



Apply HFix-34486.
