Parameters tab in Test case inputs does not take Parameter value

Summary
Parameters tab in Input of Test case does not take Parameter values, once the values are entered, they are getting lost after being saved.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open any Test case rule, try to add any Parameters.
- Save and notice that the added parameters would vanish.
Resolution
As mentioned in the help document, the Inputs tab shows the test data that is saved in the Test Case from a unit testing run.
