Parent case getting resolved though open child present

Parent case is getting resolved completed though child case not in resolved state.

There is a wait shape in the parent case flow which has a condition to wait for any of Child case to be resolved-completed. But the parent is getting resolved, even though the child is just created and still in Open status.

Parent case needs to be in wait state until child case reaches resolved completed state. But, it is not working as expected for 3 out of 10 cases.

Error Messages

Not applicable

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a parent case.
2. Proceed till its resolution.

Root Cause

The child case class has some old history records.

These records say that child case is already Resolved. So the wait shape is skipped because the child has already passed the required status.

Clearing the old history records resolves the issue.
