Parent case does not resolve on invoking the pxForceCaseClose activity.

Steps to Reproduce
- Invoke the pxForceCaseClose activity.
- Pass the parent case work object ID. The work Status is 'Resolve-'. All the child work objects are resolved, while the parent work object is not.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.
The parent case was not resolved since a stale pyWorkCover was saved.
Resolution
Apply the following hotfixes:
- HFix-55570
- HFix-34344
- HFix-36067
