Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a case to include a parent and a child.
- Open the parent case in the review harness. The review harness must contain the child case details.
- Configure an icon with the pxIconContent control
- Click the icon to open the child case. The tab name with the parent case ID is replaced with child case ID.
Root Cause
This behavior is as per Pega product design.
Resolution
Here’s the explanation for the reported behavior:
The review harness contains a parent case and a child or a covered case. Clicking the icon of pxIconContent control, opens the active or the newer child in the same tab in the Perform mode along with the parent ID as a breadcrumb trail. This is a default functionality.
