Partial Indicator shows wrong value for MasterCard charge back



The charge back partial indicator shows the wrong status ("no" instead of "yes") when performing second charge back for MasterCard account. 

Error Messages

Not Applicable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. For any MasterCard account do a charge back with same value for both charge back and dispute amount.
  2. Approve it.
  3. During the second charge back change the arbitration charge back amount.

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.


Apply HFix-27343.
