pcIcon goes missing up on mouse hover

SA-12438

Summary

A section has a pxDateTime field and a pxIcon field. When pxdateTime field is populated with some date (or some other text), on selecting the value in the field with mouse left click and dragging the mouse on to pxIcon ( without releasing the click) makes the Icon field invisible.
This does not happen with Date control but it is a business requirement to use pxDateTime.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a pxDateTime field and pxIcon field in a section (no need of any additional configuration).
2. Run the flow (issue does not occur in section preview).
3. Select any date from the calendar (or enter any text).
4. Select the pxDateTime field value using mouse left click.
5. Without releasing the mouse click, drag the mouse pointer onto pxIcon.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the operating environment.  Changes in pzpega_control_datePicker JS file to to have a stronger check for the target is required.

Resolution

This issue is resolved by HFix-23178.
