While importing the zip file (AB_PCS_V711_for_PRPC_V715) for PCS framework, user got a NPE exception.

Steps to Reproduce

Import AB_PCS_V711_for_PRPC_V715.zip

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is defect/misconfiguration in the PRPC operating environment. The zip file contains 4 RAP files.  The first 3 where read and imported without issue.  For some reason the import tool was unable to read the next archive from the filesystem.  

Resolution

This issue is resolved through the following local change: Admin retried importing zip file and this time the import completed successfully.
