Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) displays all cluster nodes as offline.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to PDC.
- Access the Enterprise section of the portal for PegaProd environment. and no production nodes are displayed.
Root Cause
The SSL certificate for PDC was updated.
Resolution
Download and import the new certificate to the keystore.
