Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to PDC.
  2. Navigate to the Enterprise landing page. Monitoring Details information does not display

Root Cause

The error occurred when a hotfix was applied to support PDC and the Pega system was upgraded to the next Pega Platform release.
However, the engine cached some of the rules. During the upgrade, the newly introduced rules were removed. Consequently, the engine could not locate the rules to execute and displayed errors.

Resolution

  1. Apply HFix-51555 for Pega Platform 7.3.1 (no partial install).
  2. Verify that validated rules and correct versions are in the system.
  3. Clear the database cache.
  4. Restart the Application server.
