Steps to Reproduce

Try to establish a two-way SSL connection.

Root Cause

A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment:
During SSL handshake, after completing user-key exchange step, the server closed the connection. The server was supposed to print Finished message, and start exchanging data. Probability of an issue at the server side.

Resolution

Reinstall the user certificates at the REST service provider server.
