Summary
Pega 7.1.5 failed to start after installation.
Environment: Websphere Application Server (WAS) 8.1.5 + DB2 UDB (10.x)
Error Messages
2014-10-06 15:57:06,438 [ ucmgapp1] [ STANDARD] [ ] [ ] ( pegarules.resadap.RAClient) ERROR - Caught exception while executing Interaction Function, javax.resource.ResourceException: Failed to execute asynchronous task: java.lang.Exception: JNDI API lookup failed for factory: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name comp/env/jms not found in context "java:"., javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Name comp/env/jms not found in context "java:".
Steps to Reproduce
Install Pega 7.1.5 on WAS
Root Cause
The WorkManager JNDI is configured as "PRPCWorkManager" instead of "wm/PegaWorkManager".
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change: Change the WorkManager JNDI name to "wm/PegaWorkManager".
