Summary
Pega out of the box (OOTB) reports are not suppressed in the report browser. When the manager portal Is used in the application and displays the reports.

Steps to Reproduce
Open the Custom Process Manager portal.Root Cause
An issue in the custom application code or rules.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Do a Save-As of the Pega OOTB shortcuts rules and make their availability "blocked".
