Pega 7.1.8 does not respond after importing zip file.



After importing an application from a previous Pega 6.1 install to the new Pega 7.1.8 installation, user cannot get in to the application. System is unresponsive. 

Error Messages

There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator.

Steps to Reproduce

Not re-producible.

Root Cause

Javacore analysis reveals excessive number of threads in "parked" state and assigned to Work Manager process.
The root cause of this problem is that WebSphere is not configured as per Pega suggestions in setup. The Web Manager Pool needs to have "Growable" check box deselected. 


1. Clear "Growable" check box.
2. Restart the system.
